H.O.M.E.body—where your energy, your body, and your Self come first.

I don’t want to hack your attention. I want to sit with your truth.

You don’t have to perform or be anyone else’s version of ‘enough.’ This is a space to reconnect with your cycles, reclaim your rhythm, and step fully into your power— I don’t want to hack your attention. I want to sit with your truth. H.O.M.E.body is about showing up for yourself—every day, in your own way.

If you’re ready to stop performing and start moving as your Self, leave your email. I’ll send tools and insights to help you honor your energy, your body, and your truth.

This page is less a sales pitch and more a journal entry you were meant to find.

A curated confession

I realized the sword wasn’t saving me—it was keeping me small.

I carry a rusted sword. Not one forged in heroism, but one I picked up to survive—sharp, heavy, and worn from years of trying to protect myself from the world. I used it to perform, to prove, to hide the parts of me that didn’t feel “enough.”

But somewhere along the way, I realized the sword wasn’t saving me—it was keeping me small. I was showing up in ways that weren’t mine, moving in rhythms that weren’t my own, silencing my body and my cycles just to fit someone else’s expectations.

This is my confession: I am done performing. I am done polishing a version of myself that isn’t real.

The Ruby posture

Truth-telling over trend-following. Community over networking. Building with people, not extracting from them.

This isn’t a brand built to go viral. It’s a space made for resonance, for slowness, for the rare kind of connection that can hold both your ambition and your exhaustion without turning you into a case study.

H.O.M.E.body is about showing up fully—for yourself, for your cycles, for your energy. It’s about moving on your own rhythm, speaking your truth, and living your way, without apology or performance.

Truth over trend

I’d rather speak one truth that lands in your chest than a thousand crafted for attention. Everything here is for the part of you that knows authenticity when you feel it.

Community over networking

This isn’t about collecting followers. It’s about creating rooms where you can show up as you are, where you don’t have to pitch yourself to belong, and where curiosity always beats clout.

With, not from

The Ruby Tablets don’t take—they create. Nothing here asks for your attention, your pain, or your wallet without offering a space where we build together, not where you get funneled into someone else’s plan.

The Ruby Tablets

A living room for the honest builders.

The Ruby Tablets are not one product. They’re a space I’m building slowly—for women (and the rare brave others) who want to create work that feels like it could sit in their journal first and on the internet second.

Offerings will evolve. The point is not to trap you in a funnel; it’s to offer places you can land, linger, and leave when it’s time.

The Ruby Community

an intimate space—online, and sometimes in person—where women step fully into their power, motherhood, and womanhood while exploring growth, wellness, and healing on every level. Less about going viral, more about keeping your heart intact while reclaiming your body, your cycles, and your energy. Expect slow threads, thoughtful prompts, and rooms where we remember each other’s names, honor each other’s journeys, and support womb healing, self-discovery, and the kind of growth that nurtures the whole woman.

Gatherings & experiences

are spaces where women step fully into their power, motherhood, and womanhood. Online or in person, we come together for sister circles, guided fitness sessions, nourishing brunches, and immersive workshops that honor your body, your cycles, and your womb wisdom. These moments are designed to support healing, connection, and growth on every level—without performance, without pressure. Here, you can show up as yourself, be held, and be seen while building something real with women who remember your name.

Digital work & writings

Essays, audio, and quiet digital offerings created for the moments when you want to sit with these ideas on your own time and in your own rhythm. Think of them as Ruby letters—gentle invitations to pause, reflect, and remember why you’re building the way you are. When the feed feels too loud and the world asks for performance, this is your space to reconnect with your Self, your energy, and your cycles.

Ruby letters

An email list that feels like finding a page torn from a friend’s notebook.

I write to this list the way I write in my journal: slowly, honestly, and only when I have something worth saying. No content calendar. No manufactured urgency. Just Ruby Tablets in their most unpolished form—behind the scenes of what I’m building, what I’m questioning, and what I’m refusing to perform anymore.

Think of it as a private feed for the ones who care about the depth, not just the highlight reel.

You can leave any time. You won’t be chased. While you’re here, I’ll treat your inbox like it’s holy ground.

I don’t want to go viral with people who don’t really see me.
I want to grow slowly with the ones who do.

If you’re still reading, you’re probably one of them. Whether you ever receive anything from me or not, I’m glad you found this little corner of the internet. May it remind you that your quiet, honest work is allowed to exist—and to be enough.

The Ruby Tablets will change form over time. The throughline will not: honesty over performance, depth over spectacle, relationship over reach. Peace, peace, peace.
